4. Fraudulent Registration
Wrong or Fake payment receipts, transaction IDs, or screenshots is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraudulent activity. DRC reserves the right to cancel registration, impose penalties, and take legal action if required.
5. Access to Sessions and Resources
Access to live sessions, recordings, study materials, certificates, or programme benefits will be provided only to verified registered participants.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, study resources, and website content are the intellectual property of Digital Resources & Training Centre (DRC), New Delhi. Participants must not reproduce, share, upload, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.
7. Confidentiality of Learning Resources
Session recordings, presentations, and study materials are provided only for personal academic use. Unauthorized sharing on social media, websites, or messaging platforms is strictly prohibited.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
If a programme is cancelled by DRC, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to another programme. If a participant cancels their registration, fees are non-refundable, but a substitute participant may be nominated.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour during programmes. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.
10. Liability
DRC strives to provide accurate information and high-quality training. However, the Centre will not be responsible for technical issues, third-party platform errors, or any losses arising from the use of our website or programmes.
11. Modification of Terms
