If DRC Cancels an Event
In the unlikely event that DRC cancels a workshop, webinar, or training program, you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your registration to a future batch.
If You Cancel Your Participation
Participant-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
However, you may request a substitute participant, subject to approval.
Online Programs
DRC is not responsible for issues arising from the participant’s side, including:
- Poor or unstable internet connectivity
- Device-related errors
- Inability to access the platform due to local technical problems
Please ensure you have a stable connection and compatible device before enrolling.
Refund Processing Time
For all eligible refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
- The credited amount may take an additional 2–3 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
